Nick Blount

Nick Blount serves as the Bombers Director of Operations and Head Coach of our 17U and 18U teams. He also works closely with our 14U program and provides private pitching and hitting instruction. Nick is passionate about helping athletes become confident competitors, strong teammates, and outstanding young men through a culture built on accountability, relationships, and continuous growth. A standout player at South Gwinnett High School, Nick excelled as a pitcher, first baseman, and power hitter. As a four-year varsity letterman, he earned Gwinnett County Player of the Year honors in 2009, establishing himself as one of the top players in the state. His success and work ethic led him to University of Tennessee, where he pitched for three seasons in the highly competitive SEC, one of the premier conferences in college baseball. In 2013, Nick achieved a lifelong dream when he was selected in the ninth round of the MLB Draft by the Chicago White Sox. His experience playing professional baseball provided invaluable insight into the preparation, discipline, and mindset required to compete at the highest levels of the game. Today, Nick brings those lessons to every player he coaches. His philosophy centers on elite preparation, resilience, baseball IQ, situational awareness, and professional-level standards. Practices are fast-paced, competitive, and intentionally designed to build confidence, accountability, and a team-first mentality. He believes that success is earned through consistent effort, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Known for building strong relationships with players and families, Nick takes pride in creating an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential. His mission is simple: develop great baseball players while helping shape exceptional young men who are prepared for success both on and off the field. Outside of baseball, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Alisa, and their two yellow labs, Rayna and Taylor. The Blount family resides in Monroe, Georgia, where Nick continues to invest in the next generation of athletes and the growth of the Bombers organization.

Andrew Frank

Andrew Frank serves as an Assistant Coach within the Bombers organization and brings a lifelong passion for baseball and player development to the field. After graduating from Georgia Southern University in 2025, Andrew began his coaching career with Bombers Baseball, building on years of experience competing at a high level from youth baseball through college. Andrew played varsity baseball at North Springs High School, where he helped lead the program to a Region Championship and earned All-Region honors during his senior season. He continued his playing career with the Georgia Southern Club Baseball team from 2021 to 2025, helping the program capture two conference championships and a Sweet Sixteen appearance. In addition to his contributions on the field, Andrew served on the club baseball executive board for two seasons, demonstrating leadership and a commitment to the growth of the program. His coaching philosophy is simple: maximize every opportunity to improve. Andrew emphasizes effort, attention to detail, and building strong practice habits that carry over into game performance. He believes that consistent growth comes from giving your best every rep and embracing the daily process of development. What Andrew enjoys most about coaching is watching players gain confidence and reach new levels of success, whether that's within a single practice or over the course of an entire season. Helping young athletes develop both their skills and their mindset is what fuels his passion for the game. When he's not on the baseball field, Andrew enjoys playing guitar, building Legos, spending time with his dogs Oakley and Blooper, and enjoying a great steak and mashed potatoes.

Matthew Holcomb

Matthew Holcomb serves as the Head Coach of one of our 15U Bombers teams and brings a strong playing background, a passion for player development, and a commitment to mentoring young athletes. As a former Bombers player himself, Matthew understands the culture, expectations, and values that make the organization special. Matthew played his high school baseball at Parkview High School under Coach Chan Brown, where he was part of the 2021 State Championship team. Following high school, he continued his playing career at Southern Union State Community College before advancing to Georgia College & State University. During his travel baseball career with the Bombers under Johnny Magliozzi, Matthew was a member of a nationally recognized 17U team that finished ranked fifth in the country. His coaching journey began with Johnny Magliozzi and the TG Dbacks 17U Scout Team, where he discovered a passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping players reach their potential. Today, that same passion drives his work with Bombers athletes as he helps prepare them for success both on and off the field. Matthew specializes in pitching and infield development, focusing on fundamentals, baseball IQ, and building confidence through preparation and repetition. He believes that great coaching goes beyond developing talented players. It is about helping young men build character, accountability, and the work ethic needed to succeed in baseball and in life. As a former Bombers player who has experienced the journey firsthand, Matthew is committed to giving back to the next generation and helping athletes maximize their potential every step of the way.

Ryan Snare

Owner & General Manager | Bombers Baseball
Ryan Snare is the Owner and General Manager of Bombers Baseball, leading one of the region's premier travel baseball organizations with teams ranging from 8U through 18U. With an extensive playing career that spans amateur, collegiate, and professional baseball, Ryan brings a level of experience, authenticity, and credibility that few youth organizations can offer. His leadership is rooted in a commitment to player development, accountability, and building a culture where athletes are challenged to reach their full potential both on and off the field. Ryan's journey through the game exposed him to elite coaching, advanced player development systems, and the standards required to compete at the highest levels of baseball. Those experiences now serve as the foundation of the Bombers philosophy: prioritize fundamentals, focus on long-term development over short term results, and develop athletes who are mentally tough, physically prepared, and committed to doing things the right way. A standout player at East Lake High School, Ryan was selected by the Atlanta Braves in the ninth round of the 1997 MLB Draft. He continued his development at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, one of the nation's most respected baseball programs, before being selected in the second round of the MLB Draft by the Cincinnati Reds. Ryan went on to enjoy a professional career that included time with the Florida Marlins, Texas Rangers, San Diego Padres, and Kansas City Royals organizations, achieving the lifelong dream of making his Major League Baseball debut. Today, Ryan's passion lies in helping young athletes navigate their own baseball journeys. He believes success is measured by much more than wins and losses. His focus is on developing confident, fundamentally sound players who understand the value of hard work, leadership, discipline, and character. Under his leadership, Bombers Baseball continues to build a culture centered on transparency, development, and a genuine commitment to every athlete's future. Ryan and the Bombers staff share a simple mission: develop players who are prepared for the next level of baseball and equipped with the life skills necessary to succeed long after their playing days are over.

Jeff Trout

Jeff Trout brings decades of playing and coaching experience to the Bombers organization and remains one of the original Bombers coaches. He currently serves as the JV Baseball Coach and Feeder Program Director at Alpharetta High School, where he continues to help develop athletes for success at the high school and collegiate levels. Coach Trout's philosophy is rooted in a traditional approach to player development. He believes that great players are built through a strong foundation of fundamentals, attention to detail, and consistent hard work. His focus is on developing athletes one step at a time, building skills brick by brick with the belief that when the process is done correctly, the results will naturally follow. Jeff's baseball background spans every level of the game. He played college baseball, worked as a bullpen catcher at the Triple-A level, and has coached players from 7U all the way through the summer collegiate ranks. This extensive experience gives him a unique perspective on long-term player development and what it takes for athletes to reach the next level. For Jeff, coaching is about giving back to the game that has given him so much. He is passionate about mentoring young players, helping them grow as athletes, teammates, and individuals while instilling the values of discipline, accountability, and perseverance. Away from the field, Jeff is a proud father of three college graduates. His daughters both played softball at Chattahoochee High School, while his sons competed in football and baseball at Alpharetta High School. His son Evan went on to play college baseball, and his son Bryce continued his athletic career playing college football. His lifelong involvement in youth and collegiate athletics continues to shape his passion for developing the next generation of players.

Jaylen Hawkins (Coach Jay)

Jaylen Hawkins, known throughout the organization as Coach Jay, brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to Bombers Baseball. A former collegiate player at Morehouse College, Jaylen played four years of college baseball while developing a deep understanding of the game and a passion for helping young athletes succeed. He currently serves as a Varsity Baseball Coach at The Galloway School. Coach Jay specializes in infield development and hitting, with a strong focus on fundamentals, confidence, and baseball IQ. His coaching style combines high energy, clear communication, and consistent accountability, creating an environment where players are challenged to improve every day while building confidence in their abilities. Jaylen believes baseball is one of the greatest tools for teaching life lessons. He emphasizes discipline, leadership, resilience, and character development, helping players understand that success extends far beyond the baseball field. His goal is to develop not only skilled athletes but also confident, responsible young men who are prepared for success in all areas of life. Known for his positive attitude and ability to connect with players, Coach Jay is committed to helping every athlete reach their full potential while fostering a love for the game and a competitive mindset that will serve them for years to come.

Aidan McAllister

Aidan McAllister, known throughout the organization as Coach Red, is the Head Coach of one of our 14U Bombers teams and serves as the Bombers Youth Pitching Coordinator. A former Bombers player himself, Aidan grew up in the program before continuing his baseball career as a Division I pitcher. He is also the founder of Punch Out Pitching, where he specializes in developing durable, high performing pitchers through efficient mechanics, arm care, and a competitive mindset. Aidan's coaching philosophy is built around aggressive, high-IQ baseball, accountability, and relentless competitiveness. He challenges players to attack the strike zone, trust their preparation, and play with confidence in every situation. He believes that true development comes from consistent effort, attention to detail, and a commitment to becoming the best version of yourself both on and off the field. Passionate about mentoring young athletes, Aidan takes pride in helping players grow as competitors, teammates, and leaders. When he's not on the field, he enjoys training, spending time with his family and fiancรฉe, cheering on the Boston Red Sox, and supporting brain cancer awareness in honor of his father.

Stephen Neidigh

Stephen Neidigh serves as the Catching and Camps Coordinator for Bombers Baseball and brings more than a decade of coaching experience to the organization. A former collegiate catcher, Stephen is passionate about developing athletes both on and off the field while helping them build the skills, confidence, and leadership qualities necessary to succeed at the next level. A four-year player at Brookwood High School, Stephen was a member of the 2008 State Championship team, where he developed the leadership, toughness, and baseball IQ that continue to influence his coaching philosophy today. He went on to play five seasons at the University of North Georgia, gaining extensive experience behind the plate while developing a deep understanding of game management, pitching staff leadership, and the mental side of the game. His collegiate career helped spark a passion for player development and laid the foundation for his transition into coaching. Now in his tenth year with the Bombers organization, Stephen has coached multiple age groups as both a head coach and assistant coach. Throughout his coaching career, he has helped numerous players advance to the next level by emphasizing accountability, consistent effort, and mastery of the mental aspects of baseball. His instruction focuses not only on technical skill development, but also on leadership, confidence, and baseball IQ. Stephen's coaching philosophy is centered on developing complete athletes and high-character young men. He believes that success comes from preparation, discipline, and a commitment to continuous improvement. His goal is to help players become better teammates, stronger leaders, and more confident competitors while fostering a lifelong love for the game. Outside of baseball, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, studying the details of catching and game strategy, and mentoring young athletes. He is passionate about helping players become the best versions of themselves both on the field and in life, bringing the right attitude, work ethic, and character to everything they do.

Tyler Sands

Tyler Sands brings more than a decade of coaching experience and a proven track record of player development to the Bombers organization. Now entering his 12th year of coaching travel baseball, Tyler is passionate about helping athletes maximize their potential while building the confidence, discipline, and work ethic needed to succeed both on and off the field. A graduate of Johns Creek High School, Tyler's playing career was cut short after being diagnosed with Crohn's Disease during his senior year. While the diagnosis changed his path as a player, it ultimately strengthened his passion for the game and led him into coaching. After recovering, he began coaching travel baseball while attending college in South Georgia, laying the foundation for what would become a highly successful coaching career focused on player development and mentorship. Over the years, Tyler has coached with several respected organizations, including Georgia Premier Academy and 5-Star Baseball, before founding the 10U Bulloch Blue Sox, who captured multiple championships in their inaugural season. He later transitioned into education, serving as a high school teacher and coach while helping lead multiple programs to state playoff appearances and mentoring student-athletes both in the classroom and on the field. After returning to Metro Atlanta, Tyler spent three seasons with 643 DP in Marietta, coaching nationally ranked teams from 13U through 17U and helping numerous players advance to the collegiate and professional levels. His teams earned national recognition, including a Perfect Game nationally ranked 14U team that won the Perfect Game Gulf Coast World Series. Throughout his career, Tyler has coached and mentored athletes who have gone on to achieve success at every level of the game, including collegiate baseball, professional baseball, and the Major Leagues. Since joining the Bombers organization in 2022, Tyler has coached teams ranging from 12U through 16U and has become known for his tireless work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to long-term player development. His teams have consistently competed at a high level while maintaining strong player retention and lasting relationships with families throughout the organization. To date, Tyler has helped more than 125 players continue their baseball careers at the collegiate level, with several advancing to professional baseball. Tyler believes great coaching extends beyond wins and losses. His mission is to help athletes develop as players, teammates, leaders, and young men while creating an environment built on accountability, preparation, and continuous improvement. Tyler and his wife, Amber, live in Cumming, Georgia, with their daughter, Lily Grace. When he's not on the baseball field, he enjoys spending time with his family and continuing to invest in the growth and development of the next generation of athletes.

DeMarqus Sewell

DeMarqus Sewell brings more than 25 years of playing and coaching experience to the Bombers organization and is passionate about developing well-rounded athletes both on and off the field. A native of Lithonia, Georgia, DeMarqus has dedicated his career to helping players maximize their potential through skill development, athletic performance training, and a commitment to excellence. As a player, DeMarqus was a four-year varsity starter at Tucker High School before continuing his baseball career at Paine College, where he was a three-year starter. During his collegiate career, he posted a .330 batting average and .950 fielding percentage while earning recognition for both his athletic and academic achievements. His accolades include two All-County selections and three Student Athlete Awards. DeMarqus has built an impressive coaching and training resume, serving as a lead coach for the Atlanta Braves Youth Program, Head Coach within the Bombers organization, and Assistant Coach at Alpharetta High School. In addition to coaching baseball, he has worked as a professional athletic trainer for high-profile athletes including Josh Smith, A. J. Green, Kirk Cousins, and Reggie Ball. His coaching philosophy focuses on developing complete athletes through fundamentals, discipline, and consistent effort. DeMarqus specializes in hitting, fielding, throwing, catching, speed and agility training, and strength and conditioning. He believes that confidence is built through preparation and that success comes from mastering the details of the game. When he's not on the field, DeMarqus enjoys spending time with family, mentoring young athletes, and adding to what he jokingly calls his "serious sneaker problem." His collection is approaching 100 pairs and counting.
